AI assistant, realized savings, budgets and support

This month we focused on one thing: making savings even easier to see, understand and prove.

AI assistant: ask, don't hunt

  • A chat inside PruneOps that answers questions about your infrastructure — spend, recommendations, source status — in plain language.
  • Fewer clicks to get to the answer you need.

Realized savings: proof it works

  • A new page shows how much you've really saved: the total to date, the monthly pace and the yearly projection.
  • Apply a recommendation and PruneOps checks on its own that it's done: the saving is counted with nothing more for you to do.
  • Every month your invoice is ready, with the full detail.

Budgets: no end-of-month surprises

  • Set a monthly limit for the whole organization or for a team or cost center, and PruneOps keeps an eye on it every day.
  • You get a heads-up as you approach the limit, and another if the end-of-month forecast says you'll go over: you act in time, not after it's been billed.
  • Alerts reach you by email or Telegram, and we also let you know when something suddenly gets more expensive.

A dashboard that gets to the point

  • The organization overview highlights what needs attention and shows budgets, cost anomalies and cost allocation at a glance.
  • Each resource shows what it's connected to, including on Proxmox, Kubernetes and AWS.
  • The Telegram bot now also answers about costs, savings, FinOps health, budgets and anomalies.

Support without leaving the app

  • Open a ticket from PruneOps and follow the conversation by email or on the web.
  • If the assistant can't solve it, it can open the ticket for you.

Documentation and guided help

  • Complete documentation in three languages with screenshots: providers, costs, audit, Terraform, Kubernetes, Telegram and more.
  • Help on every page and guided tours that walk you through what's in front of you.

What's next

  • Google Cloud, Azure, Vultr and Linode, still on the list.
