Connect a Better Stack account

PruneOps needs a read-only Better Stack API token to inventory monitors and heartbeats.

In Better Stack, go to Settings → API tokens and create a token.

No cost import

Better Stack has no billing API — PruneOps cannot import subscription spend for this provider.

  1. Create the token in Better Stack under Settings → API tokens (the account's credentials tab links here too). Read access is enough — this app never writes to Better Stack.
  2. Go to Organization → Integrations → Cloud Accounts → Add Account, pick Better Stack, and paste the token.

Costs

Not available for this provider.

Better Stack has no billing API, so subscription spend cannot be imported — inventory and findings still work.

First sync

Once the account is saved, inventory runs on the next hourly cycle — or trigger it immediately from the account's detail page. Discovered Monitors and Heartbeats appear under Audit → Better Stack.
