Who did what, and your data

The organization's Log tab shows its audit trail and its collection jobs. Data & deletion lets owners export or delete everything.

Audit log

Organization → Log → Audit Log.

The audit log: who did what in the organization, newest first.

What it records: Who did what in the organization: account, member and invitation actions, newest first.
Search: Use the box to find a specific action.

Job history

Organization → Log → Job History.

The job history: inventory, cost and Terraform syncs with their status.

What it lists: The most recent collection jobs of the organization: inventory, cost and Terraform syncs, with their status.
Filter by queue: Show only one kind of job, such as inventory or cost imports.
When something fails: Open a job to read its log. Failed jobs are retried automatically.

Export data

Organization → Data & deletion. Only owners see this tab.

Data & deletion: export the data and delete the organization.

Export data: Download as JSON the data you entered in the organization: members, integrations (without credentials), budgets, allocation groups, invoices, savings and the audit log.
Not included: The inventory: it is collected again from your cloud whenever it is needed.

Deleting the organization

Delete: Permanently removes the inventory, recommendations, stored cloud credentials, members and settings. Export your data first if you need it.
Confirmation: You have to type the organization's name to confirm. The deletion runs in the background and cannot be undone.
