Everything lives inside an organization. Members get one of three roles, and you can belong to several organizations at once.

Roles
- Member
- Can see the organization's data.
- Admin
- Can also change settings such as budgets, allocation groups and policies, and receives budget and anomaly alerts.
- Owner
- The highest role. Nobody can grant a role above their own or change a member who outranks them.
Inviting people
- Invite
- From the Members tab, send an invitation by email and choose the role.
- Pending invitations
- Invitations not yet accepted are listed below the members. You can resend or revoke them.
Several organizations
- In the app
- Switch organization from the selector or from your profile.
- From Telegram or MCP
- Use /org in the Telegram bot, or the switch_organization tool from an MCP client.
Creating and deleting organizations
- Create
- From Select Organization, press Create. Give it a name and a slug: the short identifier used in your URLs, with lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, and unique.
- Free plan
- A new organization starts on the free plan, with limits on resources and cloud accounts (see Plans & limits).
- Preparing
- The workspace is prepared in the background. You can enter the organization as soon as it is ready.
- Set as default
- The default organization is the one you land in when you sign in. Set it from Select Organization.
- Deleting
- Only owners can delete an organization, from the Data & deletion tab (see Log and data).
