Plans and what they include
Every organization is on a plan. The pricing section of the home page lists the current tiers and prices; this page explains how they work.

How the price is made up
- Fixed monthly fee
- A flat amount per month for the plan.
- Per tracked resource
- A small amount for each resource you track. It is capped at the plan's resource limit.
- Success fee
- On the higher plans, a percentage of the savings you realise by carrying out recommendations.
- Example
- Illustrative: 500 tracked resources on a plan with a $9 fixed fee and $0.12 per resource costs $9 + 500 × $0.12 = $69 a month.
Limits
- New organizations
- They start on the default plan, which is free and limited to a handful of resources, one account and one user.
- Users
- The user limit is checked when you invite someone. Pending invitations count, so seats already reserved are not oversold.
- Resources and accounts
- Each plan states how many it includes, with the top plan unlimited.
Realised savings
- How a saving is counted
- When a resource changes the way a recommendation proposed (for example it is removed) within 90 days of the recommendation, the saving is recorded. It does not matter where you applied it: here, the cloud console, Terraform or a script.
- Where you see it
- The Telegram /saved command reports the savings realised, month by month.
- Changing plan
- Contact support to change plan.
Quotas
- Cloud accounts
- Each plan allows a number of active cloud accounts, and Kubernetes clusters count as accounts. At the limit, adding another asks you to upgrade.
- Tracked resources
- Each plan tracks up to a number of resources. At the limit, new resources are left untracked: untrack others, or upgrade.
- Tracking limit reached
- You can be alerted (Plan notification) when the limit stops new resources from being tracked. See Notifications.
Invoices
Organization → Invoices. Owners and admins only.
- Invoice list
- Your monthly invoices, newest first, with period, plan, resources, fixed fee, success fee, total and status.
- Detail
- Open an invoice to see it in full.
- New invoice
- When one is issued, you can be notified through the Invoices event (see Notifications).
